Disconnect an Instagram account or delete a bot

1. Sign in at justbot.me.
2. Open the Instagram tab (or Telegram for Telegram bots).
3. Click Delete on the account's card and confirm by typing its username.

We immediately delete the access token, flows, subscribers, messages and variables of that bot.

Revoke access in Instagram

In Instagram: Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites → JustBot → Remove. Instagram lets us know: we switch the bot off and delete its access token at once. If you also ask for your data to be deleted, we delete the bot with all its data and give you a confirmation code to check the request by.

Delete your whole JustBot account

Write to info@justbot.me with the subject "Delete my data" from your account's email, or give your Telegram or Instagram username. We delete the account, its bots and all related data within 30 days and confirm it in our reply. Payment records are kept only as long as accounting requires.

If you messaged a bot built on JustBot

Ask the bot's owner to delete your data, or write to us at info@justbot.me with your username and the bot you messaged.
