Terms of Service

1. The service

JustBot (justbot.me) is a no-code service for building bots and flows for Telegram and Instagram. The service is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Stepanenko Artem Stanislavovych (Фізична особа - підприємець Степаненко Артем Станіславович). By using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your sign-in details and for everything that happens in your account and workspace, including what the members you added there do. The service is not meant for anyone under 16.

3. Your bots and accounts

You may connect only Telegram bots and Instagram professional accounts you have the right to manage. You decide what your bots say, what data your flows collect and who your broadcasts go to, and you are responsible for that towards the people your bot writes to and under the law. For the data of your bots' users you are the controller, and we process it on your instructions.

4. Platform rules

Your bots must follow the rules of Telegram and Meta, including the Instagram Community Guidelines, the Meta Platform Terms and the messaging rules (the 24-hour window after a person's message). We may limit features where the platforms require it.

5. Not allowed

Spam and unsolicited broadcasts; fraud, phishing and misleading people; illegal goods and services; hate speech, harassment, adult content without age restrictions; collecting data without people's consent; attempts to get around the limits of the service or the platforms, to overload or to break into the service.

6. Payments

Some features come with paid plans at the prices shown on the site. Payments are taken by payment providers. A plan lasts for the period paid for; for refunds write to info@justbot.me.

7. Suspension and deletion

We may suspend a bot or an account that breaks these terms or the platforms' rules, and we warn you first where we can. You can delete a bot or your account at any time, as described on the Data deletion page.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but cannot guarantee that every message is delivered: that also depends on Telegram and Meta. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits; our liability is limited to what you paid us over the last three months.

9. Changes

If we change these terms, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. We announce significant changes in advance.
